1. ARROWHEAD Harley-Davidson Buell agrees to provide each student instruction on motorcycle operation and riding skills based on the course curriculum of the Motorcycle Safety Foundation® Basic RiderCourseSM.
2. The course fee includes all classroom and range instruction provided during scheduled days of the course in which the student is enrolled.
3. Course fees will be fully refunded if a student cancels a minimum of 7 days prior to the class start date. If a student must cancel in less than 7 days, they can be re-scheduled for a new class, or an in-house credit can be issued to them. The student can re-schedule at anytime during a two-week period following the original class date. Course fees will be forfeited if a student fails to reschedule within the two-week period following the original class.
4. Each student must possess a valid driver’s license, which must be presented on the first day of classroom instruction.
5. Instruction will commence at the date and times specified in the confirmation letter. A student must be present and on time for each class meeting in order to complete the course. Students who fail to attend a scheduled class meeting will be considered to have withdrawn from the course. Course fees will be forfeited under these circumstances.
6. Successful completion of this course does not guarantee successful attainment of a motorcycle endorsement or discounts on insurance rates.
7. This agreement constitutes the contract between ARROWHEAD Harley-Davidson Buell and the student, and no verbal statements or promises will be recognized.
