"I purchased a 2006 Sporster from Arrowhead Harley,Feb.06. I was only a fair weather rider so it was a good bike for me. I retired in July 08,and called Arrowhead after seeing a 06 RoadKing on their website.The salesman were all with other customers,but the Sales Manager Eric gave me the info I was looking for. I went into the store the next day,hooked up with salesman Eric Young and after going over the bike with me,explaining the features I sat on the bike.but was not comfortable.The handle bars were too low for me,( 6'3"). Eric said he has the same bike,and took me to a Heritage.I sat on the bike and was immediately at home,very comfortable.we went toarts and service,had the Heritage bars putn my RoadKing,and I am the happiest rider there is. We then went in to John Valentine in F&I,and again,First class treatment. I live 2 miles from a competing Harley Dealer,but due the treatment from Sales,F&I,Parts and Service I will drive the 14 miles to Arrowhead Harley Davidson every time. "I wanted to express my appreciation to Sundown in MotorClothes. She helped me search through the whole store and the back for clothes to fit my husky Harley man. When I asked if she could order a certain shirt she looked it up for me and told me it was no longer available for order BUT she found that shirt at a store in California and would be able to have it shipped to her store. Unfortunately I had to return to Texas before the shirt arrived but my mom was able to pick it up, without any kind of hassle! "I recently purchased my second new bike from your store and have had an overall good experience. I was able to locate the bike I wanted (Police model road king with laced wheels with the black paint) without having to custom order it and wait an eternity. The sales man (Bill ?) answered my questions with honesty and never "over-sold" me on anything. When I went to the parts counter and ordered an extensive list of parts and accessories, within a half hour of the stores closing time, I was not rushed or treated like I was a bother. My parts guy (Jim Adams?) was wonderful and answered my questions without making me feel stupid and seemed genuine in wanting me to be happy with the end product. I can't say enough good things about Duane Rice and Larry in the finance department, as they have always treated me with respect and made sure that I got the best financing that I qualified for, without trying to pressure me into purchasing options that I did not need. As for the service department, I brought my 2005 Soft Tail in to drop off for service on the day that I picked up my new Road King, and was unaware that I needed an appointmemt. The service adviser (Andrew?) explained to me, that he would be happy to help me, but that because I didn't have an appointment, the work would possibly take a little longer to complete. I was shocked when he called me back a few hours later to tell me my Soft Tail was completed and ready for pick up. I have previously recommended this dealership to several prospective customers, and with this most recent purchase, will continue to do so. Being willing to take care of previous customers goes a long way in my book toward getting my return service, and overall, I have not been let down yet by this dealership. "

Frank Quinonez and the service department did a great job gettting me into a busy service schedule and getting me back on the road without missing a beat in my vacation plan. The backing mount inside the fairing on my 05 Screamin eagle Classic for the GPS broke and the part was not available so Frank and the crew made a replacement part using some other parts they were able to come up with. They squeezed me into a tight and busy service schedule and got my bike ready to go in a few hours. It was great to see a group work so hard to make my experience a great one. "I wanted to let the General Manager Brett Irvine know that the staff at Arrowhead Harley are the most professional, friendly, and down to earth people that I have encountered at a dealership. I want to especially commend Chris Gordon and Tom Webb for the service they gave me when I hit a rock and bent the front wheel and blew the front tire. I had an appointment to get the Screaming Eagle package installed, and was going to the dealership when the accident happened. Chris took the bike right in and Tom found the parts and the bike was completed. New wheel and tire, Screaming Eagle package, and a 2500 mile service check in about four hours, which is the best that I have been treated at any dealership here or the east coast where I moved from. "I just moved to Phoenix from CA about 7 months ago and was a little surprised to find out I had to have my Bike Smogged. I took it to your dealership because it didn't pass the first time I took it in to be tested. I wanted to have your guys tune it in for me enough to pass the test, not only did you get it to pass smog, your team took it in and had the testing done and when I rode it home I found that it ran better than it has the whole time I've owned it. I am EXTREMELY happy with the results and feel management should walk into the back and give pats on the back to the whole service dept. As I'm sure your aware going to the dealer for service work can cost a little more than an independent shop, service isn't always what it should be, and wait times can be long, but in this case and with previous visits to your Store I have been happy and believe the saying "You get what you pay for" Finally applies where you guy's are concerned. "The staff at Arrowhead HD were friendly and extremely helpful when I came in to purchase my first HD. My wife and I appreciated that we weren't being pressured and that everyone was willingly answering our multitude of questions. Scott was our salesman and he was awesome. He actually listened and paid attention to what we were saying and what we were looking for. He steered us to an incredible 2001 Night Train and we immediately feel in love with it. Dwayne was very informative and helpful with the financing and insurance stuff. He was very patient with me as I was chomping at the bit to get all the red tape out of the way and get that HOG on the road! "I showed up last Monday with no appointment and a good sized repair! My Road King was tapping and Knocking and turns out was in need of a cam bearing repair kit! I just wanted to take the time to say thanks to my service advisor Chris Gordon. I got my bike back in just a few days and running better than it ever has. Chris advised me on installing a Screaming Eagle cam and I am glad that I went with it. My ride is running quieter than it ever has, and she has some real get up and go now! Thanks again guys!
